Nathan Huening and Callie Brauel are developing a 30-acre project along Haw Creek in Alamance County. The site will feature outdoor wedding event facilities, a tiny-home rental community, cob building structures, integrated wastewater management (commercial composting toilets, urine diversion and reuse, onsite wastewater dispersal), and permaculture-based land management systems. BODHI is providing site/civil design, integrated onsite wastewater design and permitting, construction management, architectural design for the event bath house, and overall land management consulting.
