BODHI is providing master planning, civil engineering, and ongoing land-management consulting for a co-housing community integrated with a working farm. The project pairs walkable village patterns with regenerative agriculture and onsite water and wastewater infrastructure designed to work with — rather than against — the site's natural drainage, soils, and ecology.
